Hey everyone,

The guild harvest depot is a great resource for everyone, but it does need to be used responsibly. Feel free to use the resources in it, that's what they're for!

However, if you just use resources out of it, eventually the guild will run out. Please put resources you harvest in there, and if you notice any resources running low, send out the guild harvesters to gather more of them!

At the moment, we've been running low on 30-39 and 40-49 roots and hard metals, so they're a good thing to focus on, but really anytime you see something run out, just send the harvesters out to get some more, and anytime you arrive in the crafting room check the harvesters and put the materials in the depot.

With that simple system, there should always be a few of something for the next person to craft with. If running out is a major problem, you may need to go out and mass harvest something.


Additionally,
Some harvests just take space in the crafting box. Please avoid putting quest harvests in the box, and harvests from world events that are not currently happening. For example, right now, Halloween harvests are perfect in the box, but April Fool's Day ones are not. I'll be periodically checking the box and removing harvests that are not appropriate, and storing them until the appropriate holiday. This keeps space in the box open for commons and rares that everyone can use.
